Protect your Family and Pets Against the Diseases carried by Mosquitoes, Ticks and Fleas
Mosquitoes, ticks and fleas are not only annoying, they also carry dangerous and even deadly diseases. The CDC has its own dedicated website to educate US citizens on the dangers of mosquito and tick borne diseases. With new diseases like the Zika virus being transmitted in America now also, it is easy to be concerned about bites received from ticks and mosquitoes.
There are lots of things you can do to eliminate the risk of diseases like West Nile, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Zika, Lyme disease and dengue. Taking precautions to prevent bites from these small but dangerous insects is the first thing to do to protect yourself. If you’re going to be out in the woods, wear protective clothing, including hats. Check yourself for any bites and if you get one, pay attention to any redness or swelling that may occur post bite. Contact a doctor if you think you may be experiencing symptoms related to a bug bite.
In your yard, use an insecticide, like the one we use at Mosquito Squad, to eliminate the risk of bug bites to you, your family and your pets.
